Being a "REBEL Volunteer" is one of the most rewarding and enjoyable things you will ever do.
It's simple, too. For the first time ever we will be making volunteer signups online. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the volunteer coordinator at vol@phrebels.org
You and your family can share the kinds of activities that will make the REBELS games fun & successful, such as:

SET-UP
- Help set-up everything prior to the Scout game
- Work gate until first shift starts
- Work snack shack until first shift starts
- Work promo sales until first shift starts
- Work security until first shift starts
GATE
- Collect entry fee
- Fold & distribute Rebel programs
- Stamp hand for re-entry
- Check for coolers (NO coolers alloowed)
ANNOUNCER
- Commentates the game
- Announces players, coaches & cheer leaders prior to game time
- Announces half time bit
- Thanks sponsors by name during the game
- Announces play by play
SPOTTER
- Assists the announcer with the play by play
- Read off the play
- Who made the catch
- Who was in on the tackle
- Who was in on the play
CLOCK/SCORE BOARD
- Controls the clock
- Watches the field referee for the start/stop clock signal
- Controls the score board
PLAY MONITOR
- Works on the sideline with a parent for the opposite team (both home & away games)
- Keep track of how many times each player was in during a game
- Report to coach at half time which players have not played in min. # of plays
CHAIN GANG
- Holds the poles with chains to mark the downs
PROMO SALES
- Sell Rebel products
SNACK SHACK
- Prepare, Sell & Serve food
SECURITY
- Monitor home & visitor spectators for any misconduct
- Work outer gates for no enterance
CLEAN-UP
- Help clean-up everything after the Midget game
Volunteering requires just 12 hours (6 - 2hr shifts) & a $250.00 deposit.
(deposit is charged to your credit card on file if your hours are not completed by the final event of the season)
This will help make the REBEL season successful!!
WE NEED YOUR HELP or YOU CAN OPT OUT BY PAYING A $300.00 FEE INSTEAD OF YOUR DEPOSIT UP FRONT AT REGISTRATION.
